Kristine got her start in the real estate world first-hand through renovating and selling houses with her husband, Nick. After successfully flipping eight homes in three years, they were able to overcome a great hurdle and pay off their student debt of $320,000. Kristine and Nick now self-manage a portfolio of rental properties and look forward to sharing their experience and passion for real estate and investing with anybody seeking a primary residence or an investment property.
In addition to her real estate licensure, Kristine holds her doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from Creighton University.
