Eric Rahe
At age 10 Eric got up every morning at 5 am to deliver newspapers. His hard work didn’t stop there. Eric mowed lawns, sold shoes, and worked his way through college—all while earning top grades in school including graduating summa cum laude. Eric put his finance degree to good use in the mortgage lending industry originating over $300 million in loan volume to help high-end home buyers and investors finance properties in San Francisco. He loved the process of using real estate to help his clients reach their investment, tax, and estate planning goals.
So Eric moved to the real estate business and for the last 8 years, he has been using all his customer service and financial skills to give his clients a competitive edge in today’s fast-paced market. He especially enjoys helping first-time buyers and sellers navigate everything from home inspections, repairs, and staging to negotiating and financing options. And his clients love him back—especially the specialized and personal attention he gives each of them.
When Eric isn’t busy at an open house or negotiating a contract you will probably find him indulging his love of watching sports on TV (just about every sport!), working with non-profits, or his newfound hobby of baking.
Eric's past involvements with non-profits have been related to helping homeless individuals transition their lives through vocational training and those who are less fortunate with basic housing needs, so being a part of Home for a Home is a natural place for him to be and a heartfelt cause.
