Alex has an affection for the Eastside of Los Angeles and a passion for people experiencing the sanctuary of home. She grew up in Glendale and now resides in South Pasadena and knows North-East Los Angeles like the back of her hand (which has exactly 1 freckle). She began her career in real estate in San Francisco at the peak of its seller’s market. During her time up north, she learned how to get offers accepted in a competitive environment and how to get top dollar for her seller clients by making small improvements to the property before listing it. She also knows that behind the finance and competition involved in the process there are people; people with stories, aspirations, worries, and plans. Her relationship with clients is equally as important to her as the home they are buying or selling.
