where are the homes built?

Currently we are constructing houses in Guatemala. 

how much do the homes cost?

The cost of construction of the homes we typically fund is about $2,200.

who pays the cost of the home?

Real estate agents and mortgage consultants affiliated with the program donate a portion of their commission earned when representing a buyer of a piece of real estate. The portion of their commission is used to fund the construction of a home for a family in need.

who builds the homes?

We are partnering with two organizations in Guatemala, From Houses To Homes Guatemala and Constru Casa. Both are non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations which manage all of the construction.

does it cost me more as a buyer to use a 'home for a home' agent?

Nope! (of course, you should confirm with your buying agent he/she is donating a portion of a commission being paid to him/her fully by the seller of the property you are acquiring)
